The Shift Lead role at Stinker is a pivotal position within the store, responsible for combining excellent customer service skills with leadership capabilities. As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional customer experience while supporting and managing your team to ensure smooth daily operations. Located at 103 Hill Street in Kersey, Colorado, the Shift Lead receives a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.16 to $21.83, dependent on experience. This position offers a blend of managerial responsibilities alongside hands-on tasks such as inventory management, customer interaction, and store maintenance.
