The role of Shift Lead at Mo' Bettahs is a dynamic and pivotal position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during shifts, particularly when the General Manager or Manager in Training is unavailable. Shift Leads are fully trained to perform all the duties of Team Members while taking on additional leadership responsibilities. This role requires someone who can effectively manage team members, oversee product preparation and delivery, uphold stringent compliance with company standards, and maintain a high level of customer relations and restaurant upkeep. The Shift Lead plays a crucial part in guiding the team to produce the best customer experience by delivering fast and accurate service. This position demands excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
