The role of Shift Lead at Mo' Bettahs is a dynamic and pivotal position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during shifts, particularly when the General Manager or Manager in Training is unavailable. Shift Leads are fully trained to perform all the duties of Team Members while taking on additional leadership responsibilities. This role requires someone who can effectively manage team members, oversee product preparation and delivery, uphold stringent compliance with company standards, and maintain a high level of customer relations and restaurant upkeep. The Shift Lead plays a crucial part in guiding the team to produce the best customer experience by delivering fast and accurate service. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid driver's license
- must be authorized to work in the US
- ability to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly
- able to ascend and descend stairs
- able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- able to bend, stoop and kneel
- able to work outside in various weather conditions
- able to work on a computer for extended periods
- able to drive or travel for business purposes
- able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- able to report to work responsive and free from sedatives
- must disclose prescribed or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair ability to perform the job
