We are currently seeking responsible and qualified Shift Leads to join our team. The Shift Lead role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing transactions, overseeing kitchen activities, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. This role involves multitasking and leadership skills, as the Shift Lead coordinates with cashiers and kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with Wingstop's operational standards. The ideal candidate is adept with cash registers and POS systems, possesses strong communication skills, and can handle daily inventory and employee management tasks effectively. Shift Leads play a vital role in guaranteeing customer satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly and upholding the company’s standards during their shifts.   • processing returns and refunds and resolving customer complaints
  • ensuring cashiers are upselling and providing great customer service
  • maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
  • ensure all food is of the best quality
  • managing quote times
  • making sure all employees are doing their assigned task
  • make sure the store is up to Wingstop inspections standards
  • following all company policies
