The role of a Shift Lead at Mo' Bettahs is crucial for the smooth operation of daily restaurant activities. This position involves taking on leadership responsibilities, especially in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training (MIT). A Shift Lead not only performs all the duties of Team Members but also ensures the shift runs efficiently, coordinates team tasks, and maintains compliance with company standards. This includes overseeing product preparation and delivery, managing customer relations, supervising restaurant maintenance, and supporting the team to provide fast and accurate service. The Shift Lead plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that customers receive the best possible dining experience. This position offers flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time shifts, competitive hourly pay ranging from $12.00 to $17.00, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, and life insurance for full-time employees. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in US
  • Able to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly
  • Able to ascend and descend stairs
  • Able to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Able to bend, stoop, and kneel
  • May work outside in various weather conditions
  • May work on a computer for extended periods
  • May drive or travel for business
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be responsive and free from sedatives
  • Must disclose medications affecting ability to perform essential functions
