The Shift Lead role at Mo' Bettahs is a vital position for maintaining the daily operations and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, especially during shifts when the General Manager or Manager in Training (MIT) is not present. This role requires a versatile individual who is trained in all Team Member duties but also takes on leadership responsibilities. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid driver's license
- must be authorized to work in US
- able to see hear and speak verbally and audibly
- able to ascend and descend stairs
- able to sit and stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- able to bend stoop and kneel
- able to work outside in various weather conditions
- able to work on a computer for extended periods including viewing screen using mouse typing and reaching with arms
- able to drive or travel by car air or other transportation for business purposes
- able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment
- able to report to work responsive free from sedatives and in a non-sedative state
- willing to disclose prescribed and or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair ability to perform job functions
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- must have a valid driver's license
- must be authorized to work in US
- restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery
- manage customer relations to enhance guest experiences
- supervise restaurant maintenance to maintain cleanliness and safety
- lead and support the team to ensure efficient and accurate service
- assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training
- handle additional duties as required or assigned
- promote a positive and productive work environment
