The Shift Lead position at Mo' Bettahs is a pivotal role within the restaurant, responsible for ensuring that each shift runs smoothly and that all team members perform their duties effectively. As a Shift Lead, you are trained to perform all the responsibilities of a Team Member with added leadership duties, especially when the General Manager or Manager in Training is not present. This role requires a combination of hands-on work, leadership skills, and the ability to uphold company standards across all operational areas – including product preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team management.
