The Shift Lead position at Mo' Bettahs is a pivotal role within the restaurant, responsible for ensuring that each shift runs smoothly and that all team members perform their duties effectively. As a Shift Lead, you are trained to perform all the responsibilities of a Team Member with added leadership duties, especially when the General Manager or Manager in Training is not present. This position requires individuals who are able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who are capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities effectively. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, be authorized to work in the US, and preferably have prior restaurant experience.
