Job Duties

  • Inspire legendary experiences for guests by creating a happy atmosphere and a sense of community
  • Conduct 100 percent table visits to model hospitality skills and behaviors
  • Effectively handle guest complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Build positive and professional relationships with community members
  • Lead shift meetings to build camaraderie and gather team feedback
  • Create, implement and execute staff plans ensuring proper staffing levels
  • Oversee human resource functions with full compliance to laws and policies
  • Identify and report team member performance issues to management
  • Adhere to standardized recipes and ensure correct food delivery
  • Utilize compliance systems and manager tools with integrity
  • Complete end of day transactions and administrative duties by 3 am
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards and enforce cleaning schedules
  • Ensure adherence to ServSafe Alcohol, Food, HACCP standards
  • Assist in rolling out new company programs, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure PCI compliance for credit card transactions
  • Manage unloading and storage of trucks and deliveries
  • Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals including labor and cost control
  • Ensure team meets or exceeds cost of sales targets
