Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences for guests by creating a happy atmosphere and a sense of community
- Conduct 100 percent table visits to model hospitality skills and behaviors
- Effectively handle guest complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Build positive and professional relationships with community members
- Lead shift meetings to build camaraderie and gather team feedback
- Create, implement and execute staff plans ensuring proper staffing levels
- Oversee human resource functions with full compliance to laws and policies
- Identify and report team member performance issues to management
- Adhere to standardized recipes and ensure correct food delivery
- Utilize compliance systems and manager tools with integrity
- Complete end of day transactions and administrative duties by 3 am
- Maintain high cleanliness standards and enforce cleaning schedules
- Ensure adherence to ServSafe Alcohol, Food, HACCP standards
- Assist in rolling out new company programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure PCI compliance for credit card transactions
- Manage unloading and storage of trucks and deliveries
- Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals including labor and cost control
- Ensure team meets or exceeds cost of sales targets
