Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work flexible hours including full-time, part-time, breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
  • Willingness to lead a team and manage shift operations
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety, security, and cleanliness standards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by handling and overseeing crew schedules

  • Take action first by managing safety, security, inventory, and profitability
