Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • possession of valid food handler certification
  • possession of alcohol dispensing certification
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • ability to push and pull loads frequently
  • physical stamina for stooping, bending, and twisting
  • ability to reach, handle, talk, hear, and see clearly
  • capability to use computer and other special equipment
  • flexible to occasional travel
  • able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Inspire legendary experiences between friends by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
  • model hospitality skills by conducting 100% table visits of guests
  • effectively handle guest complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction scores
  • build positive and professional relationships with community members
  • lead shift meetings and foster team camaraderie
  • implement and execute staffing plans to ensure proper staffing levels
  • oversee human resource management and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • address team member performance issues
  • adhere to standardized recipes consistently
  • ensure correct food delivery to tables
  • utilize compliance systems, manager tools, and procedures with integrity
  • conduct administrative functions and complete end of day transactions
  • maintain cleanliness standards and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules
  • comply with ServSafe Alcohol, Food, and HACCP standards
  • assist in rollout of new company programs, policies, and procedures
  • ensure PCI compliance for credit card transactions
  • unload delivery trucks and place items in assigned storage
  • manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals including labor and cost of sales
  • ensure team meets or exceeds cost of sales targets
  • perform other duties as assigned
