Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Basic computer and tablet proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
- Ascend or descend stairs
- Reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
- Provide all customers with quick and friendly service
- Work together as a team, delegating tasks to team members
- Actively train and cross-train team members
- Complete daily food safety checklist and procedures
- Conduct pre-shift checklists and follow shift reminders
- Address customer complaints promptly using customer recovery
- Troubleshoot tech and equipment issues
- Serve as a digital ambassador assisting customers with mobile ordering, delivery and kiosks
- Drive customer insight via survey responses
- Consistently coach safety procedures and report incidents
- Support restaurant profitability through labor hour goals, accurate time punches, break compliance, food cost procedures, inventory and waste management, employee meal policy adherence, quality control and cash handling
- Ensure planned and daily maintenance tasks are completed
