Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

  • Ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Basic computer and tablet proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
  • Ascend or descend stairs
  • Reach and grasp objects including above head and below waistline
  • Provide all customers with quick and friendly service
  • Work together as a team, delegating tasks to team members
  • Actively train and cross-train team members
  • Complete daily food safety checklist and procedures
  • Conduct pre-shift checklists and follow shift reminders
  • Address customer complaints promptly using customer recovery
  • Troubleshoot tech and equipment issues
  • Serve as a digital ambassador assisting customers with mobile ordering, delivery and kiosks
  • Drive customer insight via survey responses
  • Consistently coach safety procedures and report incidents
  • Support restaurant profitability through labor hour goals, accurate time punches, break compliance, food cost procedures, inventory and waste management, employee meal policy adherence, quality control and cash handling
  • Ensure planned and daily maintenance tasks are completed
