Job Requirements
- Be able to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly
- Able to ascend and descend stairs
- Sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to bend, stoop and kneel
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed
- Operate a computer for extended periods
- Drive or travel for business purposes
- Function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Report to work responsive and free from sedatives
- Disclose pharmaceuticals that may affect job performance
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Perform all team member duties
- Ensure smooth running of each shift
- Assume leadership in absence of general manager or manager in training
- Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
- Manage customer relations effectively
- Oversee restaurant maintenance
- Lead and motivate team members for fast and accurate service
