The Shift Lead position at Mo' Bettahs is a key leadership role designed for individuals who are trained to perform all team member duties while taking on additional responsibilities to ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical especially in the absence of the General Manager or the Manager in Training (MIT), as the Shift Lead assumes the leadership role to uphold operational standards. The Shift Lead plays an essential part in maintaining compliance with all company standards, encompassing product preparation, food delivery, customer interactions, restaurant cleanliness, and overall team management. This role requires exceptional communication skills, effective problem-solving, and the ability to motivate and guide team members toward delivering the best possible service experience.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Restaurant experience preferred
