This opportunity is to work with a Scooter's Coffee franchisee located in Rock Hill, SC, at 4971 Old York Road. Franchisees operate as independent business owners with autonomy over employment terms, including wages and benefits, which may vary among locations. As a Barista with Scooter's Coffee, you will be an essential part of the customer experience by preparing high-quality coffee drinks quickly and accurately while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. You will be responsible for opening or closing the store, managing cash transactions, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and operational. This position requires a positive attitude, reliability, and a keen desire to serve guests and exceed their expectations. Starting salary for this role ranges between $13 and $15 per hour, providing a competitive wage for entry-level positions in the specialty coffee industry. On-the-job training is provided to ensure you have all the tools needed to succeed.
