We are currently seeking qualified and responsible Shift Leads to join our team. This role requires a candidate who is adept at managing cash transactions, operating a cash register, and efficiently handling kitchen duties. The primary responsibility of the Shift Lead is to ensure smooth transaction processing and that every guest receives the highest quality food and excellent service. Shift Leads have a crucial role in maintaining daily operational standards, motivating and managing employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, solid math skills, exceptional communication capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, and leadership certification is considered a plus.
