  • Food handler permit
  • ServSafe certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read and prepare memos and reports
  • Ability to interpret instructions

  • Physical stamina for long hours of standing

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a supervisor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards

  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role

Job Duties
