Job Duties
- Balancing and assigning cash registers
- Daily inventory management
- Providing great customer service
- Communicating effectively with team members and customers
- Processing returns, refunds, and resolving customer complaints
- Ensuring cashiers upsell and provide excellent service
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
- Ensuring all food is of the best quality
- Managing quote times efficiently
- Making sure all employees complete their assigned tasks
- Ensuring the store meets Wingstop inspection standards
- Following all company policies
