Job Requirements

  • No education required
  • Ability to work full-time with weekend and holiday availability
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Competent in managing inventory and operations under pressure
  • Willingness to perform Team Member duties when required
  • Excellent guest service orientation
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant leadership preferred but not required
  • Ability to motivate and direct a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
  • Basic understanding of inventory management
  • Flexible to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts

Job Duties

  • Maintains inventory
  • Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
  • Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement
  • Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
  • Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings
  • Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities
  • Performs duties of the Team Member when necessary
