Job Requirements
- No education required
- Ability to work full-time with weekend and holiday availability
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Competent in managing inventory and operations under pressure
- Willingness to perform Team Member duties when required
- Excellent guest service orientation
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant leadership preferred but not required
- Ability to motivate and direct a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Flexible to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
Job Duties
- Maintains inventory
- Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
- Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement
- Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
- Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings
- Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities
- Performs duties of the Team Member when necessary
