Job Description
This position is with a well-established restaurant known for its commitment to quality food and excellent customer service. The role of Shift Leader is essential in supporting management by overseeing daily operational activities during the absence of the General and Assistant General Managers. This role primarily involves ensuring the smooth functioning of shifts while maintaining high standards of food service and team coordination.
As a Shift Leader, you will take on leadership responsibilities to manage a team of 2-5 crew members efficiently. You will be the go-to person during your shifts for operational decision-making, problem-solving, and communication with both guests and team members. This position requires a well-rounded understanding of the restaurant's menu and products to confidently assist guests and train team members. Shift Leaders act as key holders and are responsible for the opening and closing duties of the establishment, ensuring that procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience preferably as a shift lead
- ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts
- proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- must be 18 years of age or older
