Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience preferably as a shift lead
ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts
proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication and organizational abilities
must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

Demonstrate strong menu and product knowledge
lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts

participate in training programs and continuously develop skills
maintain reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements
