The role of a Shift Lead at Mo' Bettahs is a crucial leadership position that ensures the smooth and efficient operation of restaurant shifts. Shift Leads are trained to perform all duties of Team Members but carry additional responsibilities, particularly in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training (MIT). This includes overseeing daily operations, managing team members to maintain high service standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies across all functions like product preparation, customer service, and restaurant maintenance. Shift Leads play an essential role in leading by example, motivating the team, and helping deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service to enhance the customer dining experience. Their leadership is instrumental in maintaining order during busy periods and resolving issues promptly to uphold Mo' Bettahs’ reputation for excellence.
