  • Balancing and assigning cash registers
  • Daily inventory
  • Providing great customer service
  • Good communications skills
  • Processing returns and refunds and resolving customer complaints
  • Ensuring cashiers are upselling and providing great customer service
  • Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
  • Ensure all food is of the best quality
  • Managing quote times
  • Making sure all employees are doing their assigned task
  • Make sure the store is up to Wingstop inspections standards
  • Following all company policies
