The role of Shift Lead at Mo' Bettahs is pivotal in maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring that service quality meets the company's high standards, especially during the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training. Shift Leads are expected to perform all duties of Team Members while also taking on leadership responsibilities. This includes overseeing product preparation and delivery, maintaining excellent customer relations, ensuring restaurant cleanliness and maintenance, managing team members effectively, and stepping into the leadership role as needed. This position demands a dynamic individual who can motivate staff, handle the pressures of a fast-paced environment, and uphold the brand's reputation for providing quick and accurate service. Shift Leads play an integral role in creating the best possible experience for both customers and employees, fostering a supportive and productive workplace environment.

Job Requirements

  • ability to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly

  • must report to work responsive and free from sedatives
  • must disclose any pharmaceuticals that may impair job performance

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • must be authorized to work in the US
  • restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • perform team member duties
  • assume leadership role in absence of general manager or manager in training
  • ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
  • oversee customer relations
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
  • manage and lead team members
  • assist with other duties as assigned
