This role is for a Shift Leader who plays a vital part in the daily operations of the restaurant. Shift Leaders at Five Guys are not just supervisors; they are active leaders who lead by example, closely work alongside their team, and ensure a smooth and efficient shift. Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality, leadership experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • ability to use POS systems
  • food safety certification preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies
