The role of Shift Leader at Five Guys is a critical leadership position responsible for maintaining smooth operations during scheduled shifts. As a Shift Leader, you will lead the shift and take charge of operations in the absence of management. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality

  • food safety certification preferred
