We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Shift Leader to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the daily operations and ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, plus tips and bonuses, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication. In this role, you will lead the shift in the absence of management, take responsibility for various operational tasks, ensure cleanliness and safety, coach and motivate team members, and exemplify high service standards.
