We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Shift Leader to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the daily operations and ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. The Shift Leader is more than just a supervisor; they are hands-on leaders who set the tone for their teams by working alongside crew members, managing the floor's pace, and ensuring guests leave satisfied and impressed. Starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, plus tips and bonuses, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication. In this role, you will lead the shift in the absence of management, take responsibility for various operational tasks, ensure cleanliness and safety, coach and motivate team members, and exemplify high service standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and leadership by example, and continuously strives to create the best guest experience possible.

We value team members who stay composed under pressure, communicate effectively, and use tools like POS systems comfortably. Additionally, candidates with food safety certifications, such as ServSafe, will be preferred.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality with leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and work hands-on
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
- Basic math skills
- Experience using POS systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with leadership preferred
- A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Someone who leads by doing, not just directing
- Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and comfort using POS systems
- Food safety certification such as ServSafe preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site
- Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
- Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
- Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
- Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
- Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
- Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
