Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality with leadership preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by doing, not just directing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Food safety certification (such as ServSafe) preferred
