Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

- Oversee daily operations during shifts ensuring cleanliness and food quality
- Implement food safety protocols and maintain restaurant hygiene
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program by upholding company standards
- Train new employees and support continuous team development
- Manage and resolve customer service issues effectively
