Job Requirements

1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
a team-first mindset with strong communication skills
someone who leads by doing—not just directing
ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
basic math and comfort using POS systems

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
proven leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask effectively and handle pressure
knowledge of food safety practices
capability to train and motivate team members

Job Duties

lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site
jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
