Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
  • a team-first mindset with strong communication skills
  • someone who leads by doing—not just directing
  • ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math and comfort using POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask effectively and handle pressure
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • capability to train and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site
  • jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
  • deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
  • coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
  • help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
  • keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
  • manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
