Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and literacy skills

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and support to the restaurant team
- Teach and model high standards of food quality and service
- Monitor and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage customer service to enhance dining experience
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program by upholding standards
- Assist in training and development of crew members
