In this role, you will lead by example and work side-by-side with your team to ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for stepping in to run daily operations when management is not on site, jumping into every position from cashier and grill to prep and dining room services. No task is too small, and the Shift Leader plays a key role in maintaining fast, accurate service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Coaching, supporting, and motivating crew members to perform at their best is a key part of the role, helping to build a strong and positive culture within the restaurant.

Shift Leaders also help train new team members and uphold the brand's standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality. Managing shift responsibilities such as breaks, cash handling, and closing reports will be part of your daily routine.
