Job Requirements

- Prior experience in a leadership role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively

- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to the restaurant team during shifts
- Train and mentor crew members to maintain quality and service standards
- Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and operating efficiently
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program by upholding high operational standards
- Manage customer interactions and resolve any issues promptly
- Support inventory control and stock management
- Assist in opening and closing duties and daily reporting
