Job Duties

  • Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site
  • Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small
  • Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
  • Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
  • Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
  • Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
  • Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
