Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Manage shifts to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program to maintain service excellence
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
