Job Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or leadership role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service

- Lead by example in cleanliness, food preparation, and customer interaction
- Manage shift operations efficiently to meet performance and quality goals
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program to motivate and reward team excellence
- Handle customer issues and resolve conflicts professionally
- Assist with inventory management and operational tasks during shifts
