We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated Shift Leaders to join our Five Guys team. This full-time hourly position starts at $16.00 per hour, with additional tips and bonuses, making it a lucrative opportunity for those passionate about leadership and hospitality. As a Shift Leader, you will not only manage operations during shifts but also lead by example, working hands-on alongside crew members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading shifts, stepping in to manage the restaurant when management is not present, and ensuring that every aspect of shift operations runs smoothly. Your leadership will be visible as you perform various tasks such as operating cashier positions, grilling, preparing food, managing fries, and maintaining the dining area. No task is too small, and your ability to jump into different roles will set the tone for your team. Your commitment to fast and accurate service will help create memorable experiences for guests.

As a Shift Leader, you will be instrumental in coaching, supporting, and motivating crew members to perform at their best.
