Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong leadership and team-building skills

- Ability to follow established policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Provide leadership to restaurant teams to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
- Teach and mentor crew members to maintain high operational standards
- Oversee food safety and quality to comply with company and health regulations
- Manage shift operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program to uphold and promote high service standards
- Foster a positive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated
- Assist in training new employees and supporting their development
