- oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections and productivity checks
- lead and motivate room attendants and house attendants with training and communication
- manage lost-and-found items and maintain key control
- ensure safety and security of sensitive areas
- uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience
- step in for the housekeeping manager when required
