Job Duties

  • oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections and productivity checks
  • lead and motivate room attendants and house attendants with training and communication
  • manage lost-and-found items and maintain key control
  • ensure safety and security of sensitive areas
  • uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
  • coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience
  • step in for the housekeeping manager when required
