We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a vital part in maintaining high hospitality standards, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and cared for—from casual lounge visitors to banquet attendees. Your leadership and coaching will be essential in training and motivating the team to deliver seamless service during every shift. You will oversee operations with a sharp eye for compliance, managing everything from grooming and safety protocols to certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. Administrative responsibilities will include managing payroll, staff scheduling, and generating reports that monitor productivity and efficiency. With a keen sense for quality, you will ensure that all food offerings look and taste excellent, while also designing engaging promotions to attract and retain patrons. Inventory management and beverage purchasing will also fall under your purview, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Your strong communication capabilities will enable you to promptly address guest requests and solve any issues to maintain satisfaction. You will be a problem-solving hero who keeps the team informed and engaged. Additionally, your versatility and positive attitude will be instrumental as you participate in meetings, analyze operational reports, and assist in various tasks as needs arise. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience, strong financial and arithmetic skills, proficiency in Windows and office software, supervisory experience, and a calm, objective demeanor under pressure.

Joining our team means you will have the opportunity to lead with energy and passion in a fast-paced, inviting environment. We offer a competitive benefits package following an initial waiting period for full-time positions, including daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. Become part of a team where your leadership contributes directly to creating unforgettable dining moments and exceeding guest expectations at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown. If you thrive in hospitality and are ready to make every meal memorable, apply today to join our food and beverage leadership team.
