The Sales Manager at Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel plays a fundamental role in advancing the hotel's commercial success by spearheading sales initiatives that attract new clients and sustain existing relationships. Collaborating closely with the Director of Sales, this key managerial position is designed for a professional who is driven by results, passionate about hospitality sales, and adept at managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. The role requires strategic outreach, client engagement through solicitation calls and sales tours, and fostering relationships that enhance the hotel's reputation and revenue streams. As an overtime eligible manager, the position includes extended responsibilities and rewards accordingly. The manager is expected to maintain an authoritative presence in local community and industry organizations, ensuring compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards and company policies. Additionally, the role requires deep operational knowledge of hotel functions to effectively support various promotional activities, meetings, and functions at the property. This position is ideal for a motivated sales leader ready to take initiative, influence market presence, and contribute substantially to the hotel's overarching business goals.
