Job Description

Aimbridge Hospitality is a global leader in the hospitality industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across a vast network of properties. Known for its commitment to quality and service, Aimbridge Hospitality partners with marquee brands and independently branded hotels to operate luxury, full-service, select service, and extended stay hotels. Their portfolio is expansive, encompassing a variety of locations and guest needs while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. By investing heavily in employee development and innovative hospitality solutions, Aimbridge Hospitality ensures that both their team members and guests enjoy memorable, high-quality interactions.

One of the esteemed properties under Aimbridge Hospitality's portfolio is the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel, strategically located near prominent Wisconsin destinations such as Miller Park, Brookfield Square, and the Brookfield Conference Center. This hotel combines a blend of business-centric and leisure-focused amenities including an on-site restaurant called The Craft Room, which specializes in Midwestern-inspired cuisine. With 21 versatile meeting venues, it caters to business conferences, weddings, and social gatherings, supporting a diverse clientele. The property also offers well-appointed guest rooms equipped with mini-refrigerators and leisure amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, making it a preferred destination for both business travelers, event attendees, and families.

The Night Auditor role at Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel represents a vital overnight position responsible for maintaining smooth operations, ensuring guests are warmly welcomed, and securing accurate financial and operational records during the quieter hours of the hotel. This role operates primarily between 11 PM and 7 AM and serves as both a guest service ambassador and an operational specialist.

As a Night Auditor, you will be the overnight face of the hotel, greeting guests upon late arrivals and handling check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and friendliness. The role demands acute attention to detail, particularly when balancing transactions and finalizing the daily financial audit to ensure accuracy in all accounting records. This position also includes performing regular security rounds, offering guests reassurance of safety and well-being throughout the night. In addition, you will prepare the Daily Flash Report and other internal communications essential for management to stay informed about overnight activities and any incidents.

Collaboration with various departments is essential, as you help maintain operational continuity and customer service excellence during overnight hours. Tech-savvy skills in Windows operating systems, spreadsheet management, and document preparation are necessary to effectively handle the technical aspects of the job and independently resolve issues that arise. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment and grow within a reputable company.

Aimbridge Hospitality offers this full-time position with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income protection, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401(k) retirement plan. The company also now offers a unique Daily Pay option for quicker access to earnings. Join Aimbridge Hospitality as a Night Auditor and become an essential part of our energetic and guest-focused night crew dedicated to making every stay seamless and satisfying.
