As a Food & Beverage Manager at Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. You will lead the hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism, managing all aspects of food and beverage service from casual lounge settings to large banquet events. The job involves coaching and training staff, overseeing operations compliance including certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid, and managing administrative duties like payroll and scheduling. Your role extends to quality control, promotional activities, inventory management, and beverage purchasing.
