Job Description

Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel offers an elevated workplace experience combining upscale amenities with a prime location near major Wisconsin attractions such as Miller Park, Brookfield Square, and the Brookfield Conference Center. Joining our team as Director of Rooms means taking on the pivotal leadership role responsible for steering the entire Rooms Division. This includes oversight of Front Office operations, Concierge services, Guest Recognition programs, PBX, Housekeeping, Valet Laundry, and Valet Parking. Your mission is to ensure that every aspect of the guest experience is flawless, fostering an environment where excellence and exceptional service are standard. You'll lead and inspire a dedicated team, hiring, training, and developing staff to maintain seamless, efficient operations that align with company standards.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Valid driver’s license from the applicable state
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure
Strong communication skills including active listening
Leadership experience in hospitality environment
