As the Director of Operations at Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel, you will play a critical leadership role working closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations. This position demands a dynamic professional who can manage multiple aspects of the hotel’s performance including revenue management, marketing strategies, financial oversight, and team leadership. You will be responsible for controlling costs, enhancing service quality, and motivating your team to deliver outstanding guest service that meets and exceeds expectations.
