We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team as the ultimate guest experience guru. This role is pivotal in delivering warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and friendly farewells that define the Sheraton hospitality standard. As the face of the hotel, the Front Desk Agent ensures that every guest interaction is effortless and inviting, contributing significantly to creating lasting memories for our guests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
