Job Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous supervisory experience preferred

High School diploma or equivalent
College coursework in a related field is a plus
Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

Manage daily operations including inspections and reporting to ensure standards and productivity levels are met
Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
Provide training and support to staff fostering a positive work environment
Handle lost and found items with care and integrity
Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met
Access and control sensitive areas in the hotel premises including master keys guestrooms storage liquor room and secured filing cabinets
Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
