The Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as House Attendants. This full-time role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service the Sheraton brand is known for. House Attendants play a critical behind-the-scenes role, ensuring all public areas and facilities are immaculate, while also contributing to a warm and welcoming guest atmosphere. Effective execution in this position includes the ability to multitask physical duties such as cleaning, event setup, and supporting the housekeeping department, all while embodying the hotel’s commitment to attentive hospitality and guest satisfaction.
As a House Attendant, you will be instrumental in keeping lobbies, restrooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces spotless and inviting, sustaining a pristine environment for all guests. The role involves being a first responder to guest requests, promptly attending to their needs with a service-oriented attitude. Additionally, you will assist in preparing meeting areas and special events to ensure they meet the hotel’s meticulous standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for driving roles
- Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and lifting
- Good communication skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours
