Job Description
Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel is a vibrant and conveniently located hotel positioned just outside the ABQ terminal, offering seamless airport access with complimentary shuttle service. This recently renovated property boasts a range of modern amenities including two on-site dining venues, spacious guest rooms equipped with flat-screen HDTVs and Marriott bedding, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and ergonomic workspaces. Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hospitality or a related field, or a 2-year college degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- supervisory experience
- proficiency in Windows operating systems and office software
- valid driver's license
- strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- financial management capabilities.
Job Duties
- Oversee housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house
- lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping team effectively
- create and manage staff schedules and budgets
- ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and guest privacy standards
- coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
- respond promptly and effectively to emergencies
- inspect and maintain quality standards of cleanliness and service
