Job Requirements
- At least six years progressive experience in front desk leadership or four-year college degree with four to five years related experience or two-year college degree with five to six years related experience
- Specific brand experience or OnQ PMS certification preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Windows operating systems
- Ability to analyze and use financial and data information

Job Duties
- Directs all aspects of Front Office operations from guest check-in/check-out to managing room inventory
- Upholds brand standards and enforces policies to ensure profitability
- Coaches, motivates, and evaluates Front Office team members
- Recruits, interviews, and trains new staff
- Monitors guest service trends and addresses guest concerns
- Develops and implements marketing and up-selling strategies to increase revenue
- Leads emergency preparedness efforts and participates in Manager on Duty shifts
