Job Requirements
- driver’s license
- 3+ years of hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience
- proficient with press & folding brake and related forming equipment
- strong skills with reading blueprints, tape measure, and angle finder
- mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- must speak English fluently
- high school graduate preferred
- forklift experience preferred
- must have reliable transportation and ability to show up for scheduled shifts on time

Job Duties
- work safely by wearing steel-toed boots, eye & ear protection, gloves, and other PPE specific to tasks
- operate and maintain CNC metal forming equipment such as press brakes, folding brakes & shears
- interact with job tracking software, once trained
- read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders for fabrication instructions
- set up machines for various folding/bending operations with high precision
- inspect and measure finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- handle raw material prep, layout, and cutting when needed
- maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- thrive in a team setting and work independently after sufficient training
