Job Duties

  • Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and introduce the SHAWOOD brand story
  • Manage initial consultations and address inquiries promptly
  • Prepare clients for meetings with Sales Ambassador
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales office
  • Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently
  • Handle client communications including phone, internet leads, and chat inquiries
  • Assist Sales Ambassador with client presentations and showroom walkthroughs
  • Provide insights on client interactions to tailor sales approach
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of SHAWOOD homes and design features
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Learn consultative sales techniques and home design principles
  • Shadow Sales Ambassadors to gain firsthand sales experience
