The role of a Houseperson at Hilton Hotels & Resorts is a vital one, central to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort that guests expect from a world-class hotel. This position involves ensuring that public areas such as restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces remain spotless and inviting. Daily duties include dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash. Beyond routine cleaning, the Houseperson also supports the housekeeping team by greeting guests warmly, delivering requested items, assisting with room cleaning, and managing supplies to keep housekeeping operations running smoothly.
