Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- flexible and open work schedule
- basic food safety knowledge
- ability and willingness to lift and push objects over 30 lbs
- passion for helping people learn and grow
- positive attitude

Job Duties
- Deliver performance feedback and set goals
- foster teamwork and communicate business objectives
- supervise non-management associates and assign work
- coach and develop shift supervisors
- perform general manager duties in absence of the GM
- motivate and influence staff
- address operational issues and ensure company policies are followed
- maintain brand standards and cleanliness
- ensure accurate cash management and reporting
- resolve customer issues
- conduct inventory spot checks
